Dinesh is not exactly what you think ....trust me

I’ve worked with Indians on real estate deals

Overall negative

Untrustworthy and opportunistic

I’ve seen some walk away from dent load and leave USA bound partners and return home to India

Personally I find them often a bit arrogant and haughty

And their women not too pretty as a rule

However there are exceptions and I’ve known them too

Cool dependable and affable and my middle son dated a gorgeous and I mean super gorgeous Indian girl in high school...her pic is on my homepage

And she was a peach...half southern though..her mom had been an Alabama cheerleader

By and large not my favorites and it seems these Indian tech guys running Silicon Valley are anti American and anti white

Pass

I don’t think Dinesh D’Souza is a fake. I don’t know him personally, but I am going to guess you don’t either. I have read enough of his writing to have a feel for what he is. His book “What’s So Great About America” proves he understands and appreciates America far better than a great number of native born Americans.

It doesn’t mean I monolithically agree with him on everything, but heck, I didn’t monolithically agree on everything with Trump or even Reagan.

But I think Dinesh D’Souza is more worthy of being an American than a huge number of people who were born here, and call themselves conservatives.

I don’t discount Indians that I have personally known, but that doesn’t mean that I don’t see some of them as scum, because there are certainly some of them I dislike a great deal for the same reasons many (including you) have outlined.

I don’t think those views are mutually exclusive.

I just don’t paint them all with the same brush.

Dinesh D’Souza, conservatism’s favorite charlatan. He launched his career by accusing various conservatives of racism, in imitation of the sleazy David Frum. One of D’Souza’s first targets was Sam Francis, whose writing was a blueprint for the populism of both Buchanan and Trump.

Dinesh plagiarized sections of his book “The End of Racism”, charging the writers that he was stealing from (not Sam Francis this time) with racism at the same time that he claimed their ideas as his own. His publisher had to pulp the first printing and take out the stolen material.

Dinesh likes to play the victim card regarding his conviction for illegal campaign donations. He claims “Rosie O’Donnell did it!” and that she didn’t go to jail. But like many things Dinesh says it’s self-serving. O’Donnell’s contributions were all openly done in her name and small enough that they could have been due to error rather than intent. Not enough there to send her to Men’s Prison. Dinesh on the other hand recruited people for a scheme that allowed him to hide large contributions of his own; even a slow-witted judge can recognize “consciousness of guilt” when you hide what you’re doing. Not to mention that Dinesh pled guilty to the charges anyway.

Once he got out of the slammer some Christian college decided that Dinesh would make a great leader of their fine institution, and that lasted until he was attending conferences and sharing hotel rooms with a woman not his wife. As with the criminal charges that he earlier pled guilty to, Dinesh posed as a victim in this instance too.

Then there’s the whole bastardized histories that he’s been peddling for years, but this post is long enough.
