They’ve said so. UN Agenda 21 called for reducing Earth’s population to a half billion. That means killing off over seven billion of us. It was supposed to have been accomplished by this year. Now it’s morphed into Agenda 30. Nine years and change to go.
I thought the 21 meant 21st Century.
