I agree with that as well if the cop leaves his gun out of the safe.
There would have been no charges and he could have had a party afterwards with kfc.
BS!!
Darn shame. So many people’s lives are over or forever altered.
There’s evidence that the letter the mother supposedly wrote about Trump is fraudulent. There’s no record of it on her blog and evidence shows it was created yesterday.
Which is exactly what happened at least twice in California alone, which has draconian gun lockup laws.
Swept right under the rug, no punishment at all.
The step mother doesn’t appear to be altogether herself. The older brother moved out for that reason, to Florida with his birth mother.
Well they need to start holding parents responsible. The world would be very different if they did. Not in all cases but in cases of negligence absolutely.
At 15 the shooter is responsible...period. The step-mother and birth father are not the shooters. Many parents buy guns for their kids....if or not they teach them responsibility doesn’t mean they’re going to go out shooting up school kids.
Yet they bought the gun and bullets and showed him how to use them
/\
How do you know this ?
I’ve read several times that the parents are in trouble because the kid got the gun and is a MINOR. If true, and the kid’s being charged as an ADULT, can the parents still be negligent? Or shouldn’t he be charged as a minor?
There is prudent actions and then there are legal actions a parent can do or be expected to do.
Then by the same logic, any action by a child could bring charges to a parent.
What are the laws in Michigan as it relates to gun storage.
Then the mother that bailed her son out and then he killed 6 or soon 7 persons, the mother should be charged for negligence. For she should have know he was dangerous.
No parents in Chicago have ever been charged for their children’s lethal crimes.
Like I said, as soon as they start holding Cops, Politicians, Prosecutors, and Government Bureaucrats responsible.
I can’t agree, there are plenty of kids who are raised with guns in the home and even those not taught gun safety....but they don’t go out shooting up school kids or anyone else.
I’m a firm believer in gun safety courses...but that’s no guarantee stupid and foolish kids are going to be responsible.
enabling a kid like that to have access to a gun/guns, showing off on the internet, they had to know....
Something happened that must have been important for this kid to be brought into the office the day before and the day of the shooting, along with his parents. Then allowed to go back into classes.
What school official met with him and the parents? A teacher, principal, counselor? Whoever it was made a really bad call because just hours later he shot up the school, so it seems the meeting was pivotal. So was it a liberal bleeding heart educator? Maybe the kid had shown some political anger (thus the terrorism charge)?
Probably yes, if that kid was already known to be an alcoholic a doper or someone prone to clinical depression.
Guess which Animals are the Government Animals.
A terrorism charge will always be when others are “terrorized” in an incident like this. Certainly the other students and teachers were....also when he tried and failed to get into one of the classrooms by impersonating an officer.
I do know it will be a cold day in Hell before and Government Official is punished.
