Sure, it wasn't the Russkie puppet beating people on live TV in the streets for weeks. It was John McCain on top of a building with a sniper rifle killing random protestors secretly and without anyone finding any evidence of it in order to trick the Ukrainians into hating their Russian controlled totalitarian regime.
The shooting was of course a false flag. The fire was from the building controlled by protesters when Tory Nuland told the coupsters that they needed a hundred dead for the West to intervene. They didn’t even kill that hundred, falsely including jerks who died shooting drugs in their occupy maidan tent camp.
