Based on this email chain, it appears that S/S was planning to travel with Hunter in August 2015
well after the S/S reported to Congressional Committees that the unelected Hunter had ended his tax-paid S/S detail.

Keep in mind, the unelected Hunter w/ no official govt position to command S/S protection would have had to be ordered by someone very high in govt.
