In the movie What's Up, Doc with Ryan O'Neill, at the end the Barbra Streisand character's father turned out to be the presiding judge over her case. That was a comedy. You'd think 2021 real life would be a little more plausible.

"Who might you be?"

"I'm a doctor of music."

"Oh yeah? Can you fix a hi fi?"

"Well, no..."

"Then shut up!"

In the scene in What’s Up Doc where Ryan O’Neill was taking a taxi to the hotel with his musical tone specimens of rare igneous rocks in a case, the cab hit a bad pothole and bounced up hard. “That was a bad one. I hope my igneous rocks are still okay.” Cabbie: “I know what you mean. I hate it when my igneous rocks are even touched.”
