Joe Biden on Supply Chains: ‘Only Santa Claus’ Can Promise Gifts on Time
Breitbart ^ | 12/01/2021 | CHARLIE SPIERING

President Joe Biden tried to distance himself from supply chain disruptions this Christmas, telling Americans on Wednesday he was not responsible for any problems.

“I can’t promise that every person will get every gift they want on time,” Biden said. “Only Santa Claus can keep that promise.”

Biden argued that shortages for some goods around Christmas were normal, citing the Cabbage Patch Kids doll shortage in the 1980s and also the shortage of Beanie Babies in past years.

The president downplayed reports of reduced supplies of goods for Americans shopping for the holidays.

“Here’s the deal. For the vast majority of the country, that’s not happening,” Biden said.

The Bidung govt geniuses created a scapegoat to shoulder the blame for Bidung’s serial blunders.

“The Unvaccinated.”

That’s a newly-minted Bidung phrase that means working-class Whites who probably voted for Trump.

This is all their fault. Everything bad? They did.

Various tax-swilling White House officials blamed this group not simply for COVID, but for virtually everything that has gone wrong since Joe Biden has become president.

And there’s a lot:
<><>rampant inflation
<><>collapse of the U.S. dollar,
<><>supply chain implosions,
<><>empty shelves in stores,
<><>labor shortages,
<><>rising gas prices
<><>the border invasion
<><>foreign policy flubs
<><>the bungled Afghanistan exit
<><> Americans abandoned
<><>80,000 unvetted Afghan warriors in our neighborhoods

Psaki even suggested “The Unvaccinated” are somehow responsible for inflation.

One bright light is the serial flops of Democrat candidates.....especially flops endorsed by Bidung and Obumma.

What an incredible admission of failure.

The Left is truly the “sh—Midas.” Worse, they’re like my daughter when she was 1 yo, and helicoptered her diaper around the room in glee. We all know how it works: mess it up, then blame the mess on everything else but themselves.

If I were to reform education, it would be to focus on the concept of “confirmation bias.” Facing up to one’s own views weakens and can sometimes break iron-clad confirmation biases. When I challenge students on opposing points of view — doesn’t matter the topic, could be math, science, history, english — they never resist if I pose the question in terms of “but what about..?” or “what if...” as opposed to “you’re wrong!” They can get around their biases, if momentarily. But every moment builds upon the next.

And that’s why the hard Left wants to kill the 1st amendment: can’t have opposing points of view.

“”Cabbage Patch Kids doll shortage in the 1980s and also the shortage of Beanie Babies in past years.””

One of his handlers had to reach WAY back to come up with those - the person who did probably hadn’t even been born when that happened. It was nothing more than creative marketing as was the VW Bug long before that!

What a horrible man.

Being of Irish extraction myself, I can say with assurance that the downside of the so-called “gift of gab” is a corrosive sarcasm and often-cruel verbal abuse.

A great example of this was in the film, “O Brother, Where Art Thou?”, where the Pappy O’Daniel character said to his massively overweight, not too bright son, “Thank God your mammy died givin’ birth—if she’d a seen ya she’d a died of shame.”
