What makes you think it is limited to flying?
Buses, trains, driving to another state and staying in a hotel?
Those are traveling too.
You could be right, but State Governments like Florida will have something to say about that but regulating airline travel falls under the Federal Government.....
Regardless, I’m not planning on going anywhere anytime soon, so let it happen and let Biden defend it as it goes up in flames....IMO..
