Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
They are asking to prove a negative, as a requirement to uphold a Constitutional right.
Judge Rodger Benitez opinion, from the District Court shows all their arguments to be fluff and nonsense.
So does the opinion of the three judge panel.

We do not have the 2nd amendment to protect our homes, to hunt, to target shoot, to collect weapons, etc.!!!!
We need high capacity magazines to stand against the coming military’s take over of this country.
