Kamala was infamous as Cali’s top l/e officer.
Disdaining brutalized women......stockpiling evidentiary rape kits.
Never even bothering to prosecute mounting cases of rape.

The Left would not care a bit if kicking the childish and low IQ Harris upstairs made SCOTUS into a joke. Its probably part of their overall strategy.

I doubt this. How long has Posobiec said she’d replace Biden.

I'm wondering what's behind all these recent, ridiculous musings? There isn't a vacancy on the Supreme Court at the present time, and the oldest of the current Democratic-appointed Justices (i.e., Breyer, who is 83) has given no indication that he's ready to retire quite yet. The idea that, if the Biden administration asked him to do so, for purely partisan purposes, that Breyer would simply say, "sure, no problem," is frankly farcical.
Second, the whole alleged purpose in the Democrats undertaking this maneuver would be to put into the VP slot now somebody that the Democrats would view as a more politically formidable Presidential candidate in 2024 than that atrocious, dizzy broad Harris. Okay, but that being the case, why would the Democrats think that the Republicans, who currently hold 50 seats in the Senate, would vote in favor of the Dems preferred VP replacement?
Sure, on important matters of policy the Senate GOPers are for sale and will sell out at the drop of a hat. But why would any GOP Senator vote in favor of somebody the Dems think is their own best best in 2024? Why would any Dem think any GOP Senator would?
To me, this is all pretty nonsensical stuff.

Sotomayor has type one diabetes from her youth so this might be the next replacement.

he has promised to nominate black female justicesAt 13%/2 of the population black females rate 1 justice since we are doing racial selection rather than merit based selection.
Furthermore this is a slap in the face to hard working blacks and black females who have worked hard to establish the credentials for such an appointment.

Why, she couldn't manage to sleep with those who marked the exams that time?
That's her normal technique isn't it?
BTW, she'd have to accept the nomination first, no?
If she refuses the nomination there is little Dementia Joe can do to remove her from office. She is an elected official after all.

He would then replace her with another vice president, possibly Secretary of Transportation Pete ButtigiegReplacing one unpopular incompetent former presidential candidate with another.

If they replace lefty Breyer (82) with Kamalamadingdong, I think they could get a few squishy Rs to sign on for her confirmation on the basis that the current composition of the SC wasn’t really changing.

What if Mayor Pete wants to adopt another kid? Will he just go on leave as a war breaks out?
Would that be a bad thing? I wouldn't want him playing Commander in Chief during a war.

If the rats are going to do this, they don’t have much time.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think she could vote for herself and, insofar as she’s the tie-breaking vote, the vote would fail.
