The QR code database for the Vaccine system needs to be hack or maybe an app that captures other people’s qr code via Phone hack.
Tip from Patriot Signal Corps, Don’t use cellphones or radios for Command/Control, use Lora Mess texting with custom encryption. The control station can be use to disable compromise devices too.
