I think they’ve been out of money for the past year. DC is still shut down folks. The seat of our govt is closed and nobody ever mentions it. Why do you think Flash Bang is selling 60 million barrels of oil to China and India? Their money supply has been cut off. There is no money to keep the govt buildings open. My guess is the 367,000 DC federal workers are furloughed on unemployment and that money is about to run out. The Taliban burned the poppy crop.
