Oh yes but the health ministry of Botswana and South Africa said it is mmild. At this point I trust Botswana more than the US government. (Botswana and Namibia are actually nice places, look it up. I want to go there for safari one day.)
I think the worse you can say about this...is that it transfers around more easily. But when you go down the symptom list, it’s about 50-percent less. The only gain for Covid was extreme exhaustion/run-down nature.
I worked with South Africans.
According to them, Botswana has its stuff together. It protects its border. Doesn’t allow the rif-raf in and let it destroy the country the way they did in South Africa.
The government realizes that it has to be creative and allows white South African farmers to set up shop there. I don’t think they’re allowed to own the land but they can work it like they do and earn a living.
And, Botswana knows that safari’s and hunting are a very large part of their economy, so they do a really nice job with all of that. The safari’s aren’t cheap but they are safe.
And if you want to go hunt some African game, if you have to ask how much, you’re probably not wealthy enough to afford it.
Same here.
Now they’ll be losing tourist dollars again thanks to Mutant Mania.
If anybody was honest about this virus, maybe they just should have declared it endemic about 6 months ago. End of story.
