I would like to see how China intends to keep it if Uganda decides that it was cheated somehow by China and takes it back!
Chinese troops to Uganda. Chinese gunboats to the shores and up the rivers.
They basically own/operate the major shipping port in Sri Lanka, after the politicians took the same debt trap and gave it to them.
