Dr. Anthony Fauci said Sunday that Republicans like Sens. Ted Cruz and Rand Paul criticizing him were “lying” while he is “saving lives.”
MARGARET BRENNAN: There’s a congressional act with your name on it, literally.
FAUCI: Yes, exactly. And it’s just a lot of- well, anyway —

FAUCI: No- no. There’s a lot of politicization of that, a lot of misinformation, disinformation and outright lies about that.
You’re angry about it.
FAUCI: My job is to do what I can as a scientist to preserve and protect the health of the American public and in many respects, the health of the world because our country is a leader in science. Where did these vaccines come from that are saving millions of people? They came from us. That’s my job. The politicization of it is really unfortunate because, I’ve stayed away from politics my entire life. I am somebody who only cares about science and health, and it’s painful and disturbing to see when you’re trying to focus all of your attention on doing what you can do the way we did to create the vaccines, to save millions of lives. And then you have this completely outlandish politicization of it.
BRENNAN: Why do you feel so strongly about staying on the job when you become, I mean, you were personally not just rhetorically threatened, your security, your safety, your family? How did you deal with that?
FAUCI: I dealt with it by focusing on what my job is from the time that I went into medicine to right now, where I am at my age, my job has been totally focused on doing what I can with the talents and the influence I had to make scientific advances to protect the health of the American public.

If Fauci was “saving lives” he wouldn’t have time to be giving press interviews every day. During the early stages of Covid (pre vaccine) he would have raced to set up a system to collect and disseminate information from front line doctors fighting the disease as to what treatments were most effective and promising. After two years the treatment protocol for Covid remains - “Go home, isolate for 10-14 days, and hope you recover. If reach the point where you can’t breathe, come to the hospital where you’ll be put on a ventilator and probably die.”
After two years there should be effective treatment protocols being used in every doctor’s office and medical center in the USA. Sadly, proven treatment protocols exist in other countries by thanks to Dr. Fauci, not in the USA.
Maybe urinated on instead of hung. I should re-read Dante’s Inferno for ideas....

Fauci is the one who is lying. He is denying that he took taxpayer money to send to Wuhan Lab in China to fund gain of function research which caused this pandemic. Fauci is the Liar, not Cruz. He is a dispicable human being.
I’d prefer his head in a bag and eaten by sand fleas.

I’m old enough to remember when Fauci lied to america about the efficacy of masks to protect the supply chain of masks for the medical community. ….if we’re to believe the second set of lies about how they ARE effective, from Fauci, then he certainly killed a host of folks with his first set of lies.
That is a “gotcha” in the feeble minds of the lefties.
He didn’t even say that, anyway. He went referring back to J6, as if that means balls. Here he is totally busted, openly caught in a lie, and all he can do is ad some hominem and stir.
One day there will be a rotary guillotine, five head holes and you push a button and a razor-sharp fan does in five traitors. Pose with the head of your choice for pictures, just like at Disney-land. Imagine that and smile.
He laughs at breaking the law and then politically mocks a U.S. Senator. He knows on Jan 1 2023 he’ll be hauled in front of Congress and mocked for days. He will retire soon, within 9 months.
Then he’ll fake going senile, just like Robert Mueller, and avoid the whole thing.
Fauci lied about funding of the Wuhan lab. That alone should earn him a prison term.
