Amazingly enough, all of this murder seems to be at a sustainable rate. After all, it's not like there is a serious decrease in the overall population because of this, even in the targeted (yes, play on words) demographics.

I wonder if the professional race / grievance hustlers would be able to apply any corrections if the death count got so high the overall population would fall below critical mass.
