I lived in the East Bay about forty years ago and for one season I had season tickets to the Oakland Symphony.
Concert-goers were terrified leaving the site at night. We walked in packs to the parking lots, everyone looking in all directions for potential attackers.
We were all idiots for going there—it was pathetic.
"These people" dragged him into harms way while complaining that Rittenhouse needed to be armed in the same situation.
My cousin lived there and worked with the Oakland cops (training and police supply sales). Many interesting stories and observations just during my visits.
They could provide the description but they won't since the description doesn't fit the leftist enemedia narrative.

Wonder where that expensive TV camera equipment will end up?
The $32.5K reward will not replace this man’s life.
No one will call and no one will come forward to collect the reward.
Makes me remember some 10(?) years ago of a $50K reward offered for clues leading to the arrest of another (local) young man’s murderers. I don’t recall anything ever coming of that.
