My thoughts exactly, she had the gun to threaten people with. A tragic learning experience for her.
Like I posted earlier. Yes based on this report that is what happened.. however I hope the police at least do a preliminary investigation to ensure the witnesses were indeed unknown to each other and the motorcyclist.
However yes, threatening someone with a firearm invites return fire.
