Certainly nothing more in terms of substance or sheer importance. Just additional voices chiming in with harmonies, counter melodies, maybe a fugue, until all contrary voices either fall silent, either because they themselves have seen the light and reformed themselves, or due to chronic frustration from no longer being heard due to a glorious and divinely-imposed irremediable deficiency in relative volume.

The reference appears to be to the Christ of God, pre-incarnate.
Take a look at the first chapter of the Gospel according to the Apostle John. Jesus is The Word. The Word is, and always has been, God.
Three divine persons, one God. The ultimate mystery, to be sure.
Not just a Catholic problem. Plenty of fellow Protestant preachers and denominations that are leading their flocks into hell.

There are THOUSANDS of Masses said each day; part of that ritual is the recitation of the Nicene Creed. Are you familiar with the Nicene Creed? There are also selected readings from the Gospel, different each successive Mass throughout the Liturgical seasons.
Are you familiar with the EWTN network? - they own broadcast facilities including TeeVee and radio and a website ... these topics you want addressed are addressed there, almost daily; most ppl prolly don’t know that (I didn’t until 5 yrs ago!)
So, what more needs be done? Do you think a new Bishop along the lines of Fulton J. Sheen are needed?

Funny you should mention the Nicene Creed.
It’s been seemingly a year’s worth of Sundays since I’ve heard that version of the creed intoned at Sunday mass. There must be a thing or two in the Nicene Creed that have gotten lodged in the craw of our local ordinary, Joseph Cardinal Tobin.
Cardinal Tobin is, by all appearances, a dyed-in-the-wool modernist.
The many wonderful video and audio recordings of homilies, lessons, orations, astonishing testimonies, humorous jokes and charming asides left behind by the Venerable Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen from his days on radio, on television, and otherwise, are a national treasure. Anytime I find something from the good Bishop I haven’t heard or seen before, particularly from when he was in his prime (must have been a good thirty years at least), I settle in and eagerly absorb every syllable.
EWTN is, perhaps inadvertently, teetering on the fence at this time, in my estimation. Its writers, its producers, its editors and the consecrated priests and bishops that supervise and provide spiritual guidance to same, have a big decision to make in terms of the direction in which EWTN goes from here. I presume you know the main issue EWTN has been skirting.
I admit that EWTN’s nightly feature The World Over has recently been doing very good work, in the main.

If you don't have a vagina, Fallopian Tubes, a uterus, mammary glands and two x chromosomes you're not a woman. In Community Medical Center where I work we had one of these freaks in our department and he had the whole place walking on eggshell because he was a protected class. When he tried coercing me into differing to him I told him exactly what I posted in in the first part of my post and I told him in no uncertain terms not to f with me. The little bastard was an arrogant son of a bitch. He was supposed to be cleaning on a nursing floor and told the RN's he'd cleaned ten rooms. The nurses logged that information into the computer and from there it goes to admitting and they understand it to be correct. Turns out he was lying. When the nursing supervisor confronted him about it he mouthed off to her.(bad move). He was called into my supervisors office and he mouthed to her. That got him fired. He was found some weeks later, stabbed to death and lying in the parking lot of a Shop-Rite in Belmar.

You had it basically right. Herod Antipas wove a tangled web and was duly called out by J the B (from Got Questions):

Herodias in the Bible is notorious for being the woman who desired John the Baptist’s head on a platter. She was the unlawful wife of the tetrarch Herod Antipas and had formerly been the wife of Herod’s brother, Philip. As the granddaughter of Herod the Great, Herodias was herself a niece to both of her husbands, Philip and Antipas.
Herodias is the feminine form of Herod, which functions somewhat as a title for members of the Herodian dynasty. Historians indicate that Herod Antipas and Herodias had an affair of sorts while her husband Philip was visiting Rome. Herodias then agreed to leave her husband in order to become Herod Antipas’s wife. Whether it was motivated by lust or was simply a power play, the new marriage was not honorable, and John the Baptist publicly denounced their adultery (Matthew 14:4). Herodias held a grudge against John and wanted him to be executed (Mark 6:19). Herod put John in prison for Herodias’s sake (Matthew 14:3) but did not put him to death in part because he was afraid of the people, who believed John was a prophet (Matthew 14:5). Herod also seemed to believe that John was a righteous man and, though “greatly puzzled” by the things John said, “liked to listen to him” (Mark 6:20).
“Finally the opportune time came” (Mark 6:21) for Herodias to exact her revenge on John. During Herod’s birthday celebration, Herodias’s daughter danced for the king and his guests, pleasing Herod so much that he promised the girl whatever she asked (Matthew 14:6–7). After consulting with her mother, the girl asked for John the Baptist’s head on a platter (Matthew 14:8). Herod was sorry and distressed over being put in this quandary, but, because of his vow and the guests, Herod had John beheaded in prison (verse 10). The prophet’s head was brought to the daughter of Herodias, who gave it to her mother (verse 11).
The Bible does not tell us much about Herodias, but her actions recorded in the Gospels show her to be an immoral, bitter, and manipulative woman. John the Baptist was right to warn the tetrarch and his wife of their wicked ways, and Herodias had plenty of opportunity to repent. Rather than choose the path of life, Herodias hardened her heart and plotted John’s execution—as if silencing the truth-teller could remove her guilt. In this way, Herodias became like Jezebel, who stridently opposed Elijah, in whose power and spirit John had come (see Luke 1:17; 1 Kings 19:2).
