Mask mandates with police enforcement.
Total lockdowns of some private enterprises (restaurants, hair salons, fitness centers) and churches and synagogues along with weddings and funerals.
And in person schools, pre-K through post-graduate.
Old people shipped to live in nursing homes where Covid positive people live.
Total dictatorial powers granted temporarily to the Governor of New York, to be relinquished after she declares it over.
