Cajun French. I still laugh as a friend who is bilingual English-French(Parisian) tried to understand Cajun. I was even worse when he had to work with island Creole. Fun times. He only got every second or third word. As for Myself, I was at a gas station in south Mississippi and did not even understand what the clerk said even if it was English . I just paid what was on the register.

That’s about how much my husband understands me lately. Cannot tell if it is his hearing or my southern Michigan mumble.

Off topic, but it’s interesting how people can understand each other. I was in Itaewon, Seoul, South Korea, haggling with an old, deaf lady about the price of some item. The whole time, the only thing we used was a calculator, and we communicated fine.
