Here's the problem...Corman stabbed Mastriano in the back in the Senate and fired his staff (who technically work for the GOP Senate Caucus, and are thus funded and controlled by Corman) just to get Doug out of the way, while killing the audit, so that Corman himself could run for governor. Slimy politics at its worst. But Mastriano did not back down!

Mastriano led the efforts to stop the steal of the 2020 election in PA. He held hearings last year in a hotel in Gettysburg after PA Senate President Pro Tempore, Jake "the Snake" Corman refused to assign a conference room in the PA Senate for the event. More recently, Jake the Snake fired all of Mastriano's legislative aides to torpedo subpoenas to audit the election. No one has pushed harder to audit the 2020 election than Mastriano, and no one has encountered more retaliation for doing so. If Mastriano wants Trump's endorsement, what competition does he have? Why would Trump endorse anyone else?

In short, the RINOs hold the leadership positions in the state government, and they hate the MAGA movement. There may be some pay offs involved, but they have not been investigated, nor will the governing elites do so.
