Every person and every company, church, and political organization gets a bank account at the Feral Reserve. And if you are on their DNR list, no banking for you! Every transaction goes through the Feral Reserve. End of any form of privacy vs. the government. Of course, the rulers will keep their privacy, until later, when they fall out of favor.
