If Biden’s not in charge, somebody else is & we need to get their attention. He’s the president & is supposed to be in charge, so if someone else is calling the shots that person is doing so illegally. Now they might say that person or persons was only giving the president advice. If that’s the case,then he (Biden) is even dumber than we thought. If someone other than the president is in charge then they can get that pipeline going again; remembering of course that they closed it illegally.
