Then sue. Roll the dice and see what happens. You're already quoting a lawyer, file the suit and go for it. Just be careful what you wish for.
He has a lot of people to sue. A whole line of them.
The kid’s a hero.
Kenosha Pentathlon
1) Run... from mob.
2) Shoot... felons only. Hat trick.
3) Jail... raise at least $500k.
4) Trial... acquittal, sue the MSM like the Covington Kid.
5) Run... for mayor, then guvner, then president. 2nd Hat trick.
Then start. Don't talk about how people were mean to him, file his suits and get moving. Should be interesting.
I wonder if those hate mongers on MSNBC and CNN are being told to shut up.
Not so you would notice. They're still critical of him so far as I know.
Do not squeeze poopy pants unless you are ready for the results.
He not only defamed Kyle but all patriotic Americans.
I hope he hires the same legal team that Nicholas Sandmann hired.
Wasn't that Lin Wood? Wouldn't Rittenhouse be better off with someone who was, I don't know, not crazy?
Regardless of a not guilty verdict his life is in limbo, especially when media is still defaming him. Where is Kyle going to get work? Who is going to hire him? Is his mother still employed? This is all because of the lies and hyperbole that have come from so many. If there was ever a cause for a defamation lawsuit, this is it and he deserves every penny he will get.
Last I heard three congressmen want him as an intern.
If there was ever a cause for a defamation lawsuit, this is it and he deserves every penny he will get.
Be careful what you wish for. Civil suits are nothing like criminal trials. It isn't the slam-dunk people seem to be. Rittenhouse could come out of it with his reputation trashed and not a dime in his pocket.
A day or two before the verdict I posted that no matter what the verdict is, Kyle’s life is pretty much over. Got a nasty reply implying that I was wrong. I still stand by my statement.
I hope his defamation suits bring him a few billion dollars because that’ll be his income forever.
Stay off TV!
Kyle was well coached by his lawyers who are teeing up the many defamation suits. “Actual malice” is a legal standard that’s important in defamation cases. He would not have used those words without being coached. Good for him. I hope he takes resident Biden and 90% of the news media to the cleaners.
Do you believe he is *not* going to sue?
He gets to choose the time and place, most favorable to him, in our ever more fluid system.
As tens, perhaps hundered of millions are at stake, it makes sense to do this deliberately.
Given the hubris shown by leftists *after* the trial, there is some sense in waiting a some time to allow themselves more rope.
