Pence could be the new Kasich, or break Kamala’s record of low popularity in primaries, although she never won public any vote contest until VP in Nov.2020.

If Trump doesn’t run, most likely it will be DeSantis. If Trump DOES run, then Pence plays stalking horse for the Democrats and the Never-Trumpers among Republicans.
This makes so much sense. This strategy would allow us to end up with Republican candidates who worked for the best interests of actual conservatives. Unfortunately, the elites in the republican party do not want this.
