I read on the fast moving Twitter feed that this was a car that was speeding away from police for some other reason and drove into the parade. Not sure they knew what they were doing other than trying to evade police. Take it for what it’s worth, but it almost makes sense.
Not buying that. I’m retired Law Enforcement. If there was a pursuit of any kind, those Officers involved would have radioed ahead to those on the parade route and cleared it. There are also no sirens on any of the videos that I’ve seen. You would have heard sirens in the immediate area.
So..... to elude the police they chose to drive along a parade route?

Maybe, but several reports have the driver intentionally swerving to hit people, including kids.
If that's the case, the left will take fleeing from the police as an extenuating factor. If the perps were high on drugs, that will also be considered extenuating; such problems should be medicalized, not criminalized. And if the perps are black or Arab ... well, heck, how many Get Out of Jail Free cards do you need?
By tomorrow morning, the media will be blaming the police for being in pursuit and the left will double down on the call to end all police pursuits, even on foot.

Oh yeah, sure, chooses to escape down the side paralleling the parade, and in order to get away chooses to veer his auto into the parade itself killing a bunch of marchers in the parade. What a crock.
This was intentional; it’s payback for the Rittenhouse verdict of innocence. Figure it out folks. It happens in WI, about an hour’s drive from Kenosha. It happens 2 days after the verdict of innocence in the Rittenhouse trial, in WI. The timing is not coincidental, the attack was intentional, and it ain’t no drunk driver. And it’s no terrorist group.
It’s a black guy or guys in an SUV exacting retribution on Whitey in a very white, conservative town in WI having a holiday parade. A perfect target rich environment for BLM/Antifa or just hate Whitey blacks stirred up by the MSM to hate us, for attack. May be wrong but I doubt it. This wasn’t just some accident or drunk driver doing this. It’s deliberate, and it’s revenge.
