A car ran through the middle of the Waukesha Christmas Parade Sunday evening, leaving multiple people injuries, according to a reporter on scene.
Multiple people are on the ground injured, the reporter tweeted around 4:40 p.m.
There is a heavy police presence downtown.
The parade runs through the downtown area of Waukesha.

I bet the cut it off in that section of town they think the suspects are in, but probably had to cut off a larger area than what they needed.
Then you can use thermal imaging cameras and find every body there.
Re: power outage - it is very windy. 30-40 mph. It is common for spotty power outages in this area. Not sure that is the cause, but it could be.
Wonder if Brandon is going to speak to the nation.

Kathy and I are praying for Waukesha tonight and all the kids, families, and community members affected by this senseless act. I’m grateful for the first responders and folks who acted quickly to help, and we are in contact with local partners as we await more information.
If that lousy, perverted crook does speak, he will ask for calm and say we should all just get along. He might even say he understands their anger. There is a war going on, and we are the targets.
Horrible! I hope the animals that did this don’t see the sunshine again.
