CARS didn’t steal anything. As always, they refuse to see that the problem is the HUMAN, not the object!
But the left wants certain humans, not all, to help themselves to the product of the labor of countless millions of productive people. It’s about the “downtrodden” underclass waltzing in and taking what is “rightfully” theirs from their “oppressors.”

Statistics say all the cars used in the robberies were stolen. Portland has added a twist. After using the stolen vehicle for robberies they abandon it somewhere. Then a catalytic converter thief shows up in another stolen vehicle and steals the catalytic converter from the first stolen vehicle.
