I live in California much of the time, and was born in Maryland, so I can relate.
One day they’re chanting to defund the police, then they complain about armed citizens.
I think Biden is working on defunding everyone.
Aubrey case is knotty. Pretty clear Aubrey was casing the construction site to rob it, if not actually robbing it. Reasonable for neighbors to chase down a suspect. However, armed apprehension of an unarmed suspect by common citizens is something YOU DO NOT SCREW UP because if you do, you’re screwed. They did, they’re screwed. Whatever crime he was up to, and whatever right they had to confront him while armed, he felt threatened and grabbed the wrong end of a gun. They’ll be hard-pressed to demonstrate they were properly performing a citizen’s arrest where the suspect felt in fear for his life and attempted, poorly, to mitigate what he thought a threat.
Sometimes both sides are wrong, and things end badly.
Good thing, with the leftist, I mean nazi regime occupying the fedguv, people need to be ready. Just ready…

..........in my area of Central Texas we don’t have “organized patrols” perse but nearly every man driving around has a gun in his car so effectively we do.
Best way I know to get shot is just start something. You could easily attract a hundred rounds before the cops even got there and cops around here are very quick responding.
The police in Kenosha WI and other communist cities must be proud their cowardice has caused this.
The police cannot stand down without all hell breaking loose.
