They’ll have to. The State Legislature and the governor made it illegal for employers to require all workers get the shots

Yes, but their governor and legislature in FL is not. They are moving legislation through that would make employers who REQUIRE vaccines as a condition of employment, financially liable for any adverse reactions.
That changes the risk dynamic just a bit.
