SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Several high-end stores in San Francisco's Union Square were broken into late Friday by a large group of people who smashed windows, stole merchandise, and then ran to waiting cars, police said.
Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Yves Saint Laurent, Burberry, and Dolce & Gabbana were all targeted, KTVU-TV reported....

A colleague and I had appointments in the city.
At 11am all of them were canceled and people left work early to escape
By noon traffic on The Bay Bridge was snarled.
I would not been comfortable on the Bridge, as rioters last year took it over assaulting people and vandalizing vehicles
People were trapped
I left work early as I was nearly caught in 3 riots last year and wanted to make my escape without effect
Nancy Pelosi’s America... Joe Biden’s America... Michelle Obama’s America... I can remember election night 2008 (probably the greatest milestone in the ascendancy of America’s hard left). Many in this forum were saying things like “A decade from now you won’t even recognize this country.” How true those sad predictions turned out to be.

The owners and clients of these stores are some of the most woke people around. Maybe this will wake them up from their wokeism.. But I doubt it
Getting their Holiday shopping/or stealing to sell to get funds for shopping.

As for San Francisco, I’m just glad I got to see it before it became a ****hole. Lombard Street (crookedest street in the world) was cool.
They certainly deserve it first. We now have to try and keep it there. First thing Trump needs to do January 2025 is build a wall along the inside of California, and up past Oregon and Washington to the Canadian border.
