If you try to stop a person at gunpoint then you're the aggressor. If you threaten to blow his f*cking head off if he doesn't stop then you are the aggressor. If you initiate a conflict you can't claim self-defense. In going for the gun the Arbery's claim to self defense is far more realistic than McMichael's is.
