Strictly speaking, it’s correct. Kyle gave his friend money, who bought and kept the gun. Legally, Kyle borrowed it. AND, to the surprise of the twit reporter, THAT’S LEGAL.

The report I had read previously referred to the gun as “Kyle’s” which he stored in a friends safe.

He isn't a reporter. He's a former federal prosecutor in the Southern District of New York. He knows very well he is lying through his teeth for a political agenda.

After all, that's the job of federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York.
