I wondered why his parents didn’t bring a lawsuit against the owner of the car lot. Kyle’s lawyer raised that possibility with the car lot owners. Their denial that they asked or agreed to let anyone guard it were questionable.
This is the first I’ve heard of it. Is it reliable that the owners of the lot did not ask guys like Kyle to protect it?
