“the shooting happened during civil disorder over perceived police brutality.” There was nothing “civil” about the looting and burning and maiming going on in Kenosha. There is nothing “civil” about being hit in the head with a skateboard. What was happening in Kenosha that night was definitely “criminal.”
it was not civil disorder...it was not a peaceful protest.
it was a riot and looting, which IIRC looters can be shot on sight by anyone.
This is about the left’s shock troops losing control of the streets.
“Civil” has more than one definition. “Civil disorder” means disorder of ordinary citizens, mot military, etc.
