No where does the Constitution give the Federal Government control of immigration.

No where does it prevent the states from expelling unwanted aliens.

A power not delighted to the Federal government devolves first to the States and then to the people.

Biden has no such authority. The states have plenary power in deciding non-citizens access/passage into their jurisdictions. The state can confine, detain arrest or deport ANY non-citizen that has no authority to trespass state jurisdiction! The Federal government has ZERO power/authority to usurp, contrary to the will of the state and its plenary power to control their own borders and access within their jurisdiction. Federal government CANNOT in any way force states to accept/allow unauthorized non-citizen trespass and/or force/compel the residence of a non-citizen alien upon the jurisdiction of ANY state contrary to the laws of the state and contrary to US immigration law. There is no authority allowed or law that specifically gives the Federal Government such authority or its agencies pursuant to ANY US immigration law the right to arbitrarily release non-citizen aliens to trespass the jurisdiction of any state without a defined lawful process, and/or an agreement between the host state and the federal government.

Unless being escorted or transported to a Federal detention/holding facility for illegal aliens. Any federal officer, official or employee found to have colluded/aided/abetted in circumventing state law, caught in violation of state law in the deliberate attempt to transport/release non-citizen illegal aliens within a states jurisdiction without state authorization must be immediately arrested and jailed; the illegal aliens summarily deported and any complicit federal employees, officers or official warned with extreme prejudice that they will also be arrested if they continue any attempts to circumvent state law.

Federal jurisdiction extend ONLY to the international ports of entry and NOT into state jurisdiction or the interior of the states where federal property exists. The federal government can only detain illegal aliens within federal jurisdiction contiguous to the ports of entry and within the jurisdiction of federal border control that allows them to maintain, perform, and have access for the purpose of securing international borders.
