White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told the media the Biden administration wants businesses to “move” forward with the COVID vaccine mandate. The OSHA suspended the mandate pending litigation.

REPORTER: “Given this update, is the administration still urging businesses to move forward with the President’s vaccine and weekly testing rule? And are you still working off of that January 4 compliance deadline?”
PSAKI: “We are. Let me be very clear, our message to businesses right now is to move forward with measures that will make their workplaces safer and protect them, their workforces from Covid-19. That was our message after the first day issued by the Fifth Circuit. That remains our message and nothing has changed. I would note that recent polling, I think that just came out yesterday, showed that 60 percent of businesses are moving forward with measures that keep their workplace safe.”
The OSHA quietly suspended the mandate, which requires businesses with 100 employees to require the COVID vaccine.
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a stay on the mandate. It doesn’t take a constitutional scholar to know that Biden’s order to force a vaccine mandate on companies is unconstitutional.
our message to businesses right now is to move forward with measures that will cause them to get sued into oblivion and move this country further toward communism since the government will then “need” to step in and take over as they have done in the past, just to you know, help.
Marxists will never take NO! for an answer.

So since the prez can encourage folks to break the law, I guess a real prez can encourage folks to control the border on their own volition too.
How can the Executive Branch encourage Americans to disobey the Constitution and the decision of the Federal courts?
Biden should be impeached for blatantly denying the court order...

Watched an employee that’s been there 16 years clearing out their desk last night.
And the parking garage is already looking like a ghost town most evenings. About one-third or more cars fewer.
Like anyone does what the Whitehouse says unless there is a big stick, big check or something in the federal register. Right now it is in the courts that take 5-10 years to issue final ruling on government action.
My company has done all the right things, sent a questionnaire and has the scale of their risk before talking to OSHA and the particular set of Federal and NGO Regulators.

The Joe - Bitem, told businesses to ignore the court ruling. Bitem still has the IRS, DoJ, Treasury, EPA, etc. All the markings of a dictatorship.
