It has been reported that one of the defense attorney's believes this will end up a 6-6 deadlock.
So, does it end today? or does it go on through Monday. It was reported on one of the threads yesterday that the longest jury deliberation in American history lasted about six months.
bump
Today, I suspect, Jack Armstrong would have been cancelled for being too white, and maybe even considered a racist.
The behavior of the media (AKA propagandists) during this trial has been despicable.
Bump.
And here’s what developed last night. Someone dug up footage clearly showing Kyle there with the brothers that own the car lots. Both brothers lied on the stand. Prosecutors used this against Kyle saying he was there without permission unwanted.

I wish we could put the media on trial. Every day. And not just in the court of public opinion. A real court. Then they would stop their antics.
There is no question but that the prosecutors lied their way through the whole trial. The tragedy is that they know that no one is going to do anything about it. They have a good buddy in Merrick Garland.
They have a reputation to uphold.
They didn’t deserve to have their car lot destroyed, but why is it that Middle Eastern used car dealers are so often slimy like this?
Yeah, well when one has perhaps the most incompetent defense attys ever to have walked the Earth, despite facing the most inept and gaff prone prosecution/persecution ever to have walked the Earth, then yes, a 6-6 deadlock is possible.
Do they have lesser offenses they could charge him with?
Otherwise,is their a democrat hold out on the jury?
Middle Eastern. No Judeo-Christian foundation to instill appropriate ethics.
I say 3:00 PM CT jury announces hopelessly deadlocked. Judge sends them back to spend more time deliberating. No mistrial today.
Just imagine a clone of Mazie Horono sitting on this jury.
>>>then yes, a 6-6 deadlock is possible.<<<
I wonder if at least 6 of the jurors gave more due diligence than even the paid lawyers?
There are lesser included offenses which Kyle allowed.
Who the hell agreed to a jury split of 7 women and 5 men?
They should have been fighting that tooth and nail.
Could be as simple as one or more in the jury room wants to wait it out until they see snow flying sideways outside the window to protect their town from the impact of the protest of the impact of the verdict. Having your town as the modern protest ground cannot be an attractive thought to any political persuasion. A cold lake breeze takes the willingness to do anything but go home out of any crowd.
The first aid kit over Ritterhouses shoulder is the indication that the entire trial is a joke. He showed up with no malice. Unfortunately defending himself from the obvious and documented threat got people involved yelling actions at each other to who had no idea what they were doing.
He is gonna get screwed
Sounds like more than one juror wants to hang him for SOMETHING
Longer it goes on the worse the verdict, I think
