it was in the States evidence, go back when Kyle was under cross and Binger was accusing him of pointing a gun....they played a short video of Kyle putting down the fire extinguisher and you can see it..then Kyle stands up.. that is when the State is accusing him pointing the gun (left handed by the way)
That isn’t his hand reached it’s those background pixels that were always there
The defense in closing said they believe it was a mirror or something but of course they couldn’t have their expert look at it because they had the crappy version
but the State knows this and are still claiming it’s his hand
