Throughout the entire trial this judge has demonstrated a complete reluctance to make a judgement.
Another LI comment I like:
“if one has to zoom in and examine one frame at a time for 3 days to determine if Kyle was at risk … that certainly gives “reasonable doubt” as to if HE PERSONALLY thought he was at risk in the few seconds he had to decide”
Don’t think a lot of folks understand “reasonable doubt”. Think some want to auto-convict, or auto-acquit, and how do you screen them off a jury?
