Vaccine mandates at the local level? What does the US Constitution and the Virginia state constitution say about that?
There are certain inalienable right, don't you know?
I am 100% against making the covid vaccine necessary for schoolkids (covid is not like measles or polio or rubella vaccines which you should get before going to school). But if the people elected through free and fair elections pass rules for their local schools, that’s the way it’s supposed to work. The American way is to elect people who will carry out the will of the people who vote. The problem in Northern Virginia is that for too long, people who think like us haven’t voted and have allowed hardcore leftists to take over school boards and town town councils.
