Breitbart is reading into the Judge’s quip. He could mean many things, including that the jury might want to review much of the video evidence. Video could require video technicians with knowledge of the video. Do you allow the prosecutor’s video people to do this? What if the jury has questions about the video? Who answers? This would be a good time to throw out the “unicorn video”, or even better, declare a mistrial based on prosecutorial misconduct.
