The days are getting shorter here, too. If we extrapolate the trend and apply it to the entire planet, everyone will be in perpetual darkness in just a few months. We’re doomed!

Even more ominous, I've noticed the days are getting shorter. Some of the trees here are losing all their leaves. They are forming piles in the streets and yards!
