Let's hope that this ruling will positively affect the lawsuits to suspend the same mandate for the military and federal workforce.
I hope so too, but not that optimistic. My son works as a cook in a VA hospital locally. He is going to get fired, not sure when, he will not take the vaccine nor has he given any vaccine to his children, not even polio. He is truly an anti vaxxer and will probably loose his 17 year job because of it. It told him make them fire you, don't quit, he says if they fire him he looses all his benefits.
He told me he is OK with it, he said "if a professional basketball player can give up millions in his salary, I can give up my job and my 20 year pension."
A bit of hope. I saw the article and forwarded it to my son and brother, both in the private sector. My son is looking at $50/month surcharge on his company’s health insurance if unvaxxed. I told him I would pay it, if needed.
Still crickets at my federal (DoD) work site with 5 days to go.
I see the sixth circuit “won” the lottery to hear all the cases against the jab.
Wonderful, law and justice by lottery.
Why not just put all the options on a wheel of fortune and let Vanna spin it?
