Nine Insulate Britain activists are being jailed immediately for breach of an Injunction, barring them from protesting on the M25. Most are getting four months in prison. Ben Taylor gets six months for telling the Judge he would block the motorway again
Family and friends wave and shout 'Love you' towards the the Insulate Britain Nine, as they are taken down to the cells to begin their jail term for blocking the M25.
They chant "We are unstoppable. Another world is possible!" until stopped by the Judge.
In total
2 x Insulate Britain activists jailed for three months
6 receive four months
1 gets six months in jail
All sentences to begin immediately.
In sentencing the Judge said “Significant harm has been done. None of you have demonstrated significant contrition.”

Justice being served against these idiots.
Hope they enjoy the prison time.
You block my way for stoopid stuff I’ll jail you under my truck.
Insulate Britain is one example of the young mush filled minds in the UK:
We need the government to insulate Britain’s homes to save thousands of lives and prevent economic and social collapse.
Each year in the UK, hundreds of thousands of families are forced to choose between heating or eating, cold children or hungry children, and many 1000s die because they are too cold.
Insulating the homes of Britain will save lives and provide warm homes while pound for pound making the most effective contribution to reducing carbon and providing meaningful jobs. Insulating Britain is the levelling up agenda writ large.
This is what happens when the town councils control the majority of housing in a country, and landed gentry control the rest of the property. Sir David King (the former Chief Scientist) has stated that “what we do in the next 3 to 4 years will impact the future of humanity”. The enormity of this statement takes some time to sink in - everything we value is at risk, schools, hospitals, law and order, ultimately all that we love.
put-em in the same jail they put Tommy Robinson in...
???
Council owned housing stock in the UK is now 2 million out of a total housing stock of 24.2 million. 64% of all homes are owner-occupied.
Thank you.
I am surprised that the amount of council owned homes is that low.
Don’t the Brits have a Home Depot to buy their own insulation, and a tax credit to subsidize it?
Yes, there have been various government-funded subsidy schemes to retrofit insulation. As is the way of such things, they're announced with great fanfares, but in the end, for various reasons, only deliver a fraction of what was promised. There are various other incentives, such as an insulation grading system against which any house has to be assessed before it's sold.
