The HD version wasn't turned over to the defense until last Saturday NOV 13th after the defense rested

Isn’t this a guaranteed mistrial and we go through this all over again?

The motion is for a mistrial with predjudice.

It is not common, but is a means to prevent a crooked prosecutor from deliberatly causing a mistrial when they are losing the case, so they can have another chance to convict.

That means there is no other trial. Not guilty on all charges.

This petition for a mistrial with prejudice doesn’t include the fact that it has now been revealed that the state knew who “jump kick man” is and didn’t reveal that to the defense.

It turns out this image was NOT Kyle’s “actual” reaction - it is a meme someone devised. The day Binger pointed the weapon at the court audience, Kyle was wearing a different suit and tie. Oh well, sure seemed accurate given how insanely Binger has acted in court.
