According to the logic of this “school”, anyone who gets a math problem wrong should also be suspended.

This is just plain lunacy. This boy was discussing Spanish class with a friend on the school bus and some busybody girl decides to confront him about it. Then she continues to harass him about it with repeated text messages over the next several hours. Then when he refuses to come to her point of view she decides to snitch on him to the school, showing them the texts. And then the administration suspends him over it because they just can’t have a student expressing an unapproved view, which just happens to be an indisputable scientific fact.

Clown world. I hope he wins the lawsuit and ends up owning the school system.

I am 77 and I was taught in grade school that there are three genders, masculine, feminine and neuter BUT they only applied to pronouns. People were of either the male or female SEX. To refer to someone as being of male or female GENDER was to flunk English.
