1. Don’t have a child out of wedlock. (Stop welfare to unwed mothers. That is the cause of most of the problems; fatherless, feral animals.)
2. Get married and stay married.
3. Get a job.
4. Raise your kids to be decent, upstanding and patriotic.
Problem solved. (You can “talk,” or “reach out to,” or all the other feel good solutions all you want. It’s a waste of time.)

Guy I knew had a college job interviewing people with cases involving welfare payments.
One woman said “I just got my boyfriend to get me pregnant. You guys told me in here last time that the only way I can be given more money is if I had another child. It’s my only way.”
Blacks handed Dems the last election stuffing the ballot box in the major cities in several states. They’ve chosen this hell. Let them live in it.
Until there’s a bit of God’s judgment inflicted “Christian” communists won’t change course.
