So, it's not really about infrastructure. It's more about racial equity.
When you start out with the wrong premise, you end up with failure.
It's really a reparations bill disguised as infrastructure.
Who's going to get the most benefits? Likely, not Americans in general.

It's backdoor reparations - this infrastructure bill will be a bigger boondoggle than Obama's "shovel ready jobs" disaster. No white bidders on construction projects allowed so we'll end up with never started projects or a string of half finished projects from coast to coast and of course, there will be no spending in flyover rural areas because that's Trump Country!
Sad that no one could have predicted this.
